Our Veterinarians
Dr Elaine Yap
Dr. Elaine graduated from Murdoch University in 2005. After practising at a busy multi-vet hospital in Sydney for 12 years, she joined the PAVC family in 2018. She aims to provide compassionate care and knowledge to all pets (and their humans) who come in to see her. She feels truly blessed to be able to make a difference in so many lives on this little island.
Dr Chong Lip Ren
Dr Chong graduated from Sydney University more than a decade ago and worked in a busy small animal practice in Singapore before embarking on project Pets Avenue. He has done a year-long course in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine and has a strong interest in Business Management. He can be found at our different branches ensuring staff welfare and running training programs.
Dr Jansen Ng
Dr Jansen graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2011 and has been in small animal practice since. Developing a keen interest in ultrasonography and minimally invasive procedures, he has strived to provide this service to the veterinary field and has, therefore, continually improved his skills and knowledge to further his expertise. During his free time, Dr Jansen enjoys going for a run, getting a good workout, and also spending time with his family
Dr Talitha Tumboimbela
Dr Talitha graduated from the University of Nottingham, UK in 2017 before returning to Singapore where she did her secondary school education. She has a strong interest in feline medicine and hopes to have a kitty of her own in the future. She enjoys gaming and film photography in her free time and is currently owned' by a hamster and three gerbils.
Dr Christopher Mak
Dr Chris graduated from the University of Queensland and practiced in Australia before returning home. Outside of work he can be found at the gym or playing football!
Dr Ang Yan Qi
Dr. Yan Qi graduated from the University of Sydney and has been working in small animal practice ever since. She has a keen interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry and is also a certified veterinary acupuncturist. Out of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two furbabies - a cat and a toy poodle.
Dr Enmin Wong
Dr En Min graduated from Free University of Berlin, Germany before joining PAVC, where she had previously worked as a vet nurse. She has a strong interest in diagnostic imaging and internal medicine. In her free time, she likes to read, bake and spend time with her pug.
Dr Genevieve Zhang
Dr. Gen graduated from Sydney University in 2009 & practiced in Sydney for 7 years at busy suburban clinics & completed a rotating internship at the Small Animal Specialist Hospital. In 2014, she passed her ANZCVS examinations in Small Animal Surgery which helps her now to offer more advanced surgical skills. As a veterinarian, she is passionate about getting to know pet owners and offer the best options for their each pet and family.
Dr Magdalene Wong
Dr Magdelene graduated from the University of Adelaide and spent several years working in Adelaide and Melbourne before returning to Singapore. Her interests include internal medicine, ultrasonography and soft tissue surgery. She believes in partnering with pet owners to tailor care that best fits the needs of every individual pet and their family.
Dr Tennille Bignell
Dr Tennille Bignell graduated from the University of Queensland in 2003 with first class honours. She began her veterinary career in mixed practice near Brisbane. She soon moved to London wear she lived, worked and travelled until 2010. Upon returning to Australia, she persued a 3.5 year Master's of Veterinary Studies degree through Murdoch University with a focus on advancing her knowledge in small animal internal medicine. Dr Tennille's passion is to offer a high standard of care whilst always showing care and empathy to her patients and their families.

Dr Gordon Yeo
Gordon graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2021 and began his career in a busy 24-hour practice before completing two specialist internships. He has a particular interest in oncology and internal medicine and is passionate about the human–animal bond and prioritising patient welfare in every aspect of care.

Hui Mei
Hui Mei first wanted to become a veterinary technician to learn how to treat animals, especially since she has 13 dogs of her own. Over time, she realized that caring for them and helping them live happier, healthier lives is her true passion. Now, her goal is to continue learning and doing everything she can to support animal well-being.
Yun Hui
Yun Hui has a diploma (conversion) in Veterinary clinical science from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. She enjoys caring for animals and hopes to broaden her veterinary knowledge further to do so. She has a soft spot for Huskies.
Sharon Ng
Thelma
Thelma is a registered medical technologist and licensed respiratory therapist from the Philippines. She has worked in Singapore for more than 15 years in the animal industry. Her area of expertise is as a laboratory technician and she is adept at helping with cases by analysing blood tests and samples taken under the microscope. She has many cross stitching masterpieces to showcase and also enjoys reading in her free time.
Vincy
Vincy graduated from the University of Hongkong, majoring in microbiology with a minor in biotechnology. Recognizing her keen interest in animals, she then further pursued a Specialist Diploma in Veterinary Clinical Practice at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2020.As an owner of 2 dogs herself, Vincy has a passion for advocating for animal health and educating clients about their pet's needs and concerns.

Yukie is a student currently pursuing a part-time Diploma in Veterinary Technology at Temasek Polytechnic. She has a passion for animals and their welfare, which led her to pursue this course. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and exploring nature.

Kelly is a dedicated Veterinary Technician since 2018, with a special interest in the pet industry. Outside of work, she enjoys challenging herself both physically and mentally at the gym
Aloysius
Aloy is a Veterinary Technology graduate from Temasek Polytechnic with a love for animals, with a bias towards Corgis. His interests lean towards the diagnostics side of the industry despite the excessive radiation involved
Abby
Abby was working in a medical clinic for several years, before deciding to work at Pets Avenue Vet, out of the love for the fur kids. She enjoys working in a close-knitted team as well as ensuring top-notch services are constantly provided to our customers.
