To provide our clients more flexibility to manage the medication for their pets, repeat prescription requests can be submitted by using our Online Prescription Request.

To take advantage of this service, please note:

The online prescription / prescription food request is only applicable for REPEAT medication(s) / food prescribed by Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic.
Upon request submission, a member of our team will reach out to you within 1-2 working days for order confirmation. Your order is not confirmed until a member of our team has contacted you.
Payment is usually required for upon contact from a team member, thereafter the order will be prepared. We recommend Medication(s) and Food to be collected within 7 days after order confirmation.
