Can I still see my usual veterinarian?

Yes, you will continue to see our familiar team caring for your pet, alongside experienced Pets Avenue veterinarians and nurses joining us to expand our care and appointment availability.

What happens to my pet's Wellness Plan?

Active Wellness Plans purchased under Mount Pleasant Farrer will remain valid and can be fully honoured at Pets Avenue Farrer. Simply let our front desk team know during your visit, and we will apply your remaining plan benefits with no disruption to your coverage.
